Harrison Magid is a screenwriter, editor, and filmmaker based in Los Angeles, CA. Before helming THE HALLOWEEN SOCIETY UNMASKED, he wrote and directed several short films, including NOSEBLEED and the soon-to-be-released NARCOLEPT (aka LOST DREAMS). 

His latest feature-length screenplay, a supernatural horror film based on the case files of parapsychologist Dr. Barry E. Taff, is being produced by Fast Carrier Productions under the working title THE LAB. 

He enjoys writing in a multitude of genres. His six previous screenplays include coming-of-age story ELEMENTARY, crime thriller BURGLARS, the ghostly drama UNFINISHED BUSINESS, body horror extravaganza NEUROTIC, and an adaption of the popular action video game, HOTLINE MIAMI.

Besides serving as a production assistant at The Zanuck Company, he is currently an assistant editor on a documentary film on track to premiere at the 2025 Berlin International Film Festival.

Em Hampton

Em Hampton is a multi-disciplinary artist with a primary focus in film and media, hailing from Los Angeles, CA.

With a bachelor’s degree in Visual Performance from SUNY Purchase, and minors in Playwriting, Screenwriting, and Immersive Theater, Em loves to be both before an audience and behind the scenes.

Currently in the thralls of indie filmmaking, she directs, produces, acts, and edits both shorts and feature documentaries.

Some notable credits include: camera operating on Super 8 Daze, which premiered at San Diego Comic Con, and creating both Missing Ingredient, and The Intangible Concrete, screened at Regal Cinemas at LA Live as part of the Los Angeles 48 Hour Film Project.

On the side, Em has been a production assistant on short form content for Turner Classic Movies and Game Show Network. She also creates social media content for production companies such as Melete Films, Fat Happy Baby Productions, and Splat Pictures, as well as businesses including Smiles Pediatric Dentistry, American Cancer Society, Coal and Ice Boutique, and more.
